So, you're wondering when you should elope in Utah. Well, the answer to that is...always. Now hear me out, I'm not just saying that because I'm a Utah elopement photographer and I want you to come to Utah. I do want you to come to Utah but the answer really is that it's always a good time to elope in Utah! Everything is really going to depend on what you are envisioning for your elopement day, Utah experiences all four seasons and has an incredible diverse landscape which means you can dream up pretty much anything here!

The summers in Utah can get pretty hot so if you're looking for more temperate weather you may want to look into the spring or fall. Remember that the higher the elevation to cooler it's going to get so if you are planning an elopement higher up in the mountains, summer is going to be the perfect time for you.

Spring can be one of the busiest times for Utah. Especially with visitors to all the national and state parks, of which Utah is home to so many. The heat is more comfortable and this is the time of year when there will be wildflowers!

In the fall Utah will show off some gorgeous colors with all the leaves changing. This is also a very popular time of year since the weather is once again becoming more temperate.

And then there's the winter. Utah is said to have the greatest snow on earth so if you love winter sports like skiing or snowboarding, an elopement at a Utah ski resort is the way to go! A dusting of snow on the southern Utah red rocks also creates a visual contrast that will blow you away!
